You must be at least 21 years of age for recreational cannabis purchases, or 18 years of age with a valid medical marijuana card, to use BudDash. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements.

Platform Use

BudDash is a cannabis marketplace platform connecting consumers with licensed dispensaries in SW Michigan. We facilitate browsing, ordering, and delivery coordination but do not directly sell cannabis products. All products are sold by licensed dispensary partners.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to dispensary availability and verification
• Prices displayed are set by individual dispensaries and may change
• Valid government-issued ID is required at pickup or delivery
• Delivery fees and minimums vary by dispensary
• Cancellations are subject to dispensary policies

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

BudDash provides this platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding product quality, availability, or delivery times. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for the actions of dispensary partners or delivery personnel.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BudDash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
